Annual General Meeting
The AGM for KLAC is being held at gormley Park Clubrooms on monday 27 April, 2009, starting at 7:30pm (Please not the new start time - previously advertised as 7:00pm)
All Committee positions are open for nomination.
All are welcome - drinks and nibbles will be provided.
Presentation Day and Garry and Anne House Handicap.
Presentation Day was held on Saturday 14 March, along with the much-anticipated Garry and Anne House Handicap Event.
Congratulations to Aiden Fenney - the overall winner of the Handicap, with a race time of 14.07 seconds. Aiden is pictured below, alongside the other 7 finalists.

Welcome to our website
Kingborough Little Athletics Centre Inc. is affiliated with the Tasmanian Little Athletics Association and provides a range of athletics events for children between the ages of 5 and 14 in the Kingborough area.
Our season starts on the first Saturday in October and extends through to early March. We meet at Gormley Park, Gormley Drive, Kingston on Saturday mornings at 8.30am with the occasional Wednesday evening twilight meeting at 5.30pm. If you go up Summerleas Road from the roundabout at Kingston, Gormley Drive is on the left hand side before you get to the Sports Centre.
Little Athletics is a family activity where parents are encouraged to assist with the running of events. It is a great way for the family to be actively involved in sport. The emphasis is not on winning, but athletes improving their performance in a friendly atmosphere of "Family Fun and Fitness".
